The Nikon Coolpix S6 is no longer in the Nikon line-up, but after posting the Ashton Kutcher story, I thought I would see what other international celebrity has been used by Nikon. The only one I could find is the well known super model and anorexic poster girl, Kate Moss. It seems that Nikon was looking for a way to show how skinny and curvy the Nikon Coolpix S6 (in German 6 sounds like sex) really was, so the obvious answer was a naked and seductive Kate Moss.

Very clever advertising really (especially in Germany), unfortunately I missed it at the time because I am not very keen on compact pocket cameras. I do like Kate Moss though, and the idea of doing a naked (Nikon) photo session with her is very appealing. If anyone at Nikon is reading this, I vote for dumping Ashton and bringing back Kate. I would gladly volunteer to teach her how to use the bigger equipment.
